No, you own the content you create in Circuit Designer. See the End User License Agreement ⧉ for more details.

Do I need to sign up for Circuit Designer to use the tool?

What is the .circuit file type?

A .circuit file is a JSON document that describes a circuit diagram in a way that’s easy to generate, read, and modify. It encodes the structure, layout, and semantics of a circuit in a deterministic, declarative format. See What is the .circuits file type for more information.
